This just made my freaking day!

 

Well Fest started off with a bang! ( Literally... duh!)

I've definitely come to the conclusion that I will NEVER be in Royal Court again, unless of course I am the Queen. Frankly I find it completely boring, the costume is rather unenjoyable, and I rarely ever get to talk to anyone!

But there are up points, such as having lots of special activities to do, getting to sit in the front row of most of these activities, and of course being surrounded by the royal gaurds all day... :P

There were some pictures taken this weekend... I need to find a few of them so everyone can see who I am this year. The one I have up now is, unfortunately, sorely out of date.

Soo... who all is coming out to KC this year?

- Papa Jim is turning 50 on Saturday!

Which means that for his week, and this week only, I'm gonna let ride and just ignore the utter B.S that is my faire season!!

Hopefully on Saturday we can just have a good old fashioned party and boogie down without the stress!!!

 

Please, OH pleeeeeeeease tell me some of you are going to be there??

- I know everyone just checks my blog everyday in hopes of one of these... so I suppose its time to appease the masses. HA!

Anyway... update on life more than anything else...

Mom and Dad are FINALLY back from Holland. While two weeks without parentals would normally be a 19 year old's dream.... seeing as how I'm not a big "hey lets have a kegger" type person... I was bored and lonely.

It didn't help that the day they left my big sister Allie (some of you know her, she was out at faire last season) moved to Arizona to be with her boyfriend. She'll do the faire down there, she's a washer woman, if you happen to be down there and want to look her up for me!! But her leaving really put a damper on my mood.

Moreso... on that NIGHT, my boyfriend and I broke up because... well frankly he is an idiot. I won't go into more detail unless interrogated.

Lets just say my last two weeks have been pretty crappy.

 

All of this ON TOP of the stupid faire drama that has already started. I'll keep it all to myself, thanks. But if any of you hear my name being thrown into some slanderous mix, be a pal and tell whoever said it to shove off, eh?

 

BUUUUUUTTTT This was the past couple of weeks. Things are going as well as can be expected now. I'm working in the mornings, rehearsing in the evenings, yadda yadda. I got tired of the drama and being pouty so I just perked up and moved on! Thats really all you can do.

Anyway, whats up with you guys? Rehearsals going well? Guys from other faires having a blast?

I am having the second worst week of my life.

 

I'm supposed to be starting all of this faire stuff, and I just have no enthusiasm for sitting in stupid meetings being lectured to about shit I've heard for the past 9 years now.

I'm not having fun.
